INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas (unsalted)
1 cup dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp Coconut oil
Optional: flaky salt or seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse and drain chickpeas
Pat dry, and roast for 45-50 minutes at 400F.
Cool down completely while you melt the chocolate.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a small saucepan.
Coat the chickpeas and spread in a layer.
Top with salt and any other toppings (I like to add pumpkin seeds).
Freeze for one hour and enjoy!
