 Session #1 |  During the initial nutrition consultation, we will conduct a thorough health history addressing symptoms, conditions, current medications, supplements, and overall health goals and achievements.  With the information gathered, we will create an individual plan including diet, supplement & life recommendations.

Session #2 |  This session is designed to review your personalized plan (delivered to you 1 week after intake session) . The follow-up phone call will be to explain and review the plan together, leaving you with the tools necessary to make realistic changes and improvements to your health.
