Your Initial Nutrition Assessment ($197) includes: 1. Initial consultation (75 mins) 2. Personalized Plan (written report) During your nutrition consultation, we will conduct a thorough health history addressing symptoms, conditions, current medications, supplements, and overall health goals and achievements.   With the information gathered, we will create a comprehensive individualized plan - including diet, supplement & lifestyle recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.
