We will visit your local grocery store to decipher the products on the shelves, aisle-by-aisle, leaving you with a delicious shopping list that fulfills your healthy lifestyle needs. ​This service is best matched with the purchase of a Meal Plan (optional), so that we can shop for the ingredients you need to cook those recipes!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.
