Are you just beginning your walk to wellness, but recognize how much you could benefit from guidance as you begin? Maybe you are familiar with all the possible routes, but need dedicated support during the transition? Spend 1.5hrs talking with us, reviewing your health history and food journal. We will prepare recommendations and help you formulate a basic plan, which includes transition to the full Paleo approach, including support during the elimination period and the reintroduction period (if you are ready to re-introduce in this time frame). A 30-minute follow-up is conducted once a week for the duration of the three months. This package includes unlimited email support and an initial appointment to go over your history. Three-Month Transition Package ($737) Includes:  Intake consultation w/ history (1hr. 30 min) Personalized Plan  11 Follow-up Sessions (30 min each) Interim Email Support Billing Structure: $145 deposit (one time) = $145 $200 per month (three times) = $600

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.
