Just in time for summer - here is an easy and healthy “ice cream” recipe!
Serves 1-2
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine:
3 frozen bananas
3 TBSP cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Leave in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before consuming!
PRO TIP: Add 2 – 4 tablespoons of nut butter, such as peanut, almond, cashew, or sunflower, for a nice dose of protein. It will also make it ultra creamy!
