Fall means Hot Chocolate!

I LOVE fall!

Walking through the woods taking in the beautiful colours of the changing leaves. Wearing fave soft sweaters and toques. And no matter how busy my days are, I always make a point of ending them in the hot tub or snuggling by the fire pit with a warm blanket….pure heaven.


And what else do I love?? A nice warm (healthy!) beverage to add to that mix.

Try this Hot Chocolate recipe at home - it only takes 5 minutes!

RECIPE

  • 1 cup of milk (try a plant-based milk like almond or oat)

  • 1 TBS cacao powder

  • 1 TBS maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat until smooth and as hot as you want it. Yummy and perfectly comforting for this gorgeous Fall season. ☕️
